Return Policy

Due to health regulations we cannot exchange or refund your jewellery.

Timeless Impressions is committed to providing quality pieces of jewellery to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged once you have  received  your order please email office@timelessimpressions.co.nz along with a full description of your item and image and reason for return within 5 working days.

All returns for timeless Impressions merchandise  will need to be authorised once this has been accepted you must return your items along with its original packaging to the return address provided in your email.

All returned Jewellery is subject to inspection by Timeless Impressions and their Jeweller prior to a replacement being agreed and sent .

For your protection we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured along with track and trace details. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Timeless Impressions .

Unfortunately your postage charges on returns are non refundable. Items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

Shipping

How will my order be sent?

All New Zealand orders are sent with track and trace through Post Haste Couriers. Delivery is sent to the Funeral Home you purchased your merchandise From.

When will my order be sent?

Once you have placed your order with a Funeral Director they will courier the impression mould directly to us, allowing 1-3 days to receive this. We will then inform the funeral director we have received it and start the process.

How long will Delivery take?

Once the process starts we aim to have your Timeless Impression jewellery returned to your funeral director within 10 working days.

During busy times or public holidays this time frame can increase.

The funeral Director will be notified via email along with track and trace details when the items have been dispatched from us onto the courier.

What is 925 sterling silver?

925 sterling silver must have at least 92.5% of fine silver mixed with no more the 7.5% of Cooper and other metals. This formula is internationally accepted and it gives sterling silver the hardness and the tolerance to work with.

Use of Information collected

All information Timeless Impressions collects through the course of normal business dealings remains confidential.

Timeless Impressions does not disclose personal information to any other organisation, unless the owner of that information has given consent.

We only use that information for processing and fulfilling orders.
